Obtain Financial Independence
Learn how to be truly wealthy through passive income.

LOGAN, Utah – By increasing your passive income you can do what you love and obtain financial independence. With the right mentality and training, you can learn how to make your passive income higher than your expenses. This is the secret to reaching financial independence. Preston Parker explains that, "passive income does not require continued thought. You plan it out ahead of time. Earned income, on the other hand, is what Robert Kiyosaki calls a 'rat race'." The term rat race is defined as an endless or pointless pursuit. Robert Kiyosaki, author of 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' along with Ayn Rand, author of 'Atlas Shrugged' brought the idea of financial independence about.

"Those who are truly wealthy are those who can live on their passive income for the rest of their lives," says Preston Parker, president and founder of the Cache Valley Area Investors Association. CVAIA has been helping people in Cache Valley to achieve financial independence since 2007. CVAIA's cause is getting people to join in the philosophy of having a passionate and fulfilling life. There are so many jobs available that there is no reason someone shouldn't be doing what they love and not worrying about living paycheck to paycheck.

At their meetings, the CVAIA members and visitors network and learn. Through guest speakers and presentations by members, they learn how to raise their passive income and lower their expenses.

You can visit the website at www.cvaia.com, join their facebook group at www.facebook.com/cvaia, or attend their meetings at the Cache Valley Chamber of Commerce every other Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
