Obtain Financial Independence
Learn how to be truly wealthy through passive income.

LOGAN, Utah – Through passive income you can do what you love and obtain financial independence. With the right mentality and training, you can learn how to make your passive income higher than your expenses. Preston Parker explains that, "passive income does not require continued thought. You plan it out ahead of time. Earned income, on the other hand, is what Robert Kiyosaki calls a 'rat race'." Robert Kiyosaki, author of 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' along with Ayn Rand, author of 'Atlas Shrugged' brought the idea of financial independence about.

"Those who are truly wealthy are those who can live on their passive income for the rest of their lives," says Preston Parker, president and founder of the Cache Valley Area Investors Association. CVAIA has been helping people in Cache Valley to achieve financial independence since 2007. CVAIA invites people to join in the philosophy of having a passionate and fulfilling life. There are so many jobs available that there is no reason someone shouldn't be doing what they love and not worrying about living paycheck to paycheck.

At their meetings, the CVAIA members and visitors network and learn. Through guest speakers and presentations by members, they learn how to raise their passive income and lower their expenses.

You can visit the website at www.cvaia.com, join their facebook group at www.facebook.com/cvaia, or attend their meetings at the Cache Valley Chamber of Commerce every other Thursday at 7:00 p.m.

For more information contact CVAIA's media agent Elise Frederickson at 801-123-4567 or email her at elisecreates@gmail.com.

  1. You did a good job promoting CVAIA but I think that you could probably focus a little bit more on the cause itself. I stuggled with that too, but I think that is what Parker is really looking for. Good job though.

  2. This is really good i'm impressed you got so much information down in a short time. I thought the information you chose to include is good but the lead paragraph is a little bit confusing, maybe reword it and explain a bit more what "rat race" refers to or explain what passive income is sooner... something like that. Great job on the draft though.

  3. There is alot of great information in this release. I was confused a little while reading the first paragraph. Maybe the lead can be simpler and more to the point while incorporating the other information throughout the release
